ARTWORK SPECFICATION GUIDELINESS

When designing your artwork, please follow according to the sample below.

Please note that when you submit your artwork, we assume and take it as confirmation and all jobs cannot be cancelled

ARTWORK SIZE - Please download template for accurate size.

FORMAT-Illustrator PDF (use standard setting)

RESOLUTION- 300dpi. Under resolution raster effects setting will result bad quality printing.

COLOR-CMYK. RGB color will result unexpected quality.

FONT-Please outline all fonts.

IMAGE-Please embed all images at 300dpi. Under dpi images will result low quality result. No link files allowed. 

Please uncheck overprint filll (Illustrator attrbutes window)

7. Orders received today will be processed by the following day.
8. Artwork received is as it is and treated as  final confirmation approved by customers to be send for printing. Artwork layout, under dpi images, typing and any errors will have to be responsible by customers.
9. We will inspect as detailed as possible to detect errors and make sure all artworks to meet requirements. Artwork which is under requirement will not be processed. We will notify customers and the order will be pending until customers resend their artwork.
10. All purchases will not be refunded as we have will proceed with the printing process as soon as possible when orders are received.
11. Delivery service is depend of the types of products as the following;

1) Flyer/Leaflet - Delivery within JOHOR (PENINSULAR MALAYSIA/INTERNATIONAL)

    -BY COURIER

2) Business card - Delivery to all over Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak.
